Defense against a right punch
1. Start from ready stance 2. Step in with the right and perform a left inside/ right outside block deflecting the arm to your right side . 3. Deliver a right palm strike to the face. 4. Grab the shoulder with your left hand and back of head with your right and pull the attacker's down into a right knee strike. 5. Continue to hold him down with the left as you execute a right downward elbow strike to the back of the neck. 6. Step back into a fighting stance.

Fairly straight forward technique.
The trickiest part if the knee strike, as the opponent's arm may be in the way. If you find the arm in the way of your knee strike, turn the knee strike into a front kick to your opponent's knee.
Always be careful to maintain your balance with a good strong stance. You don't want your opponent falling into you and knocking you over.
