Defense against straight right punch.
1. Start from a ready stance. 2. As the right punch comes in, step in with the left foot. 3. Perform a double knife hand block against the outside of the arm. 4. The left knife hand blocks just behind the elbow and the right knife hand blocks at the wrist. 5. Trap the arm with both hands. 6. Roll the arm away from you and bring left elbow around and lock the arm against your body. 7. With the right arm, lock the wrist at a 90 degree angle. 8. If resistance continues, apply a palm strike to the wrist to break it. 9. Step back into a fighting stance.

This is another typical lock. Make sure you roll their arm down to about navel level. Otherwise, the rest of the technique will not work.
Trap the arm against the body with the elbow is critical to keep them from escaping.
Force the wrist up to break the fist, don't wrestle with their fingers.
Make sure you have a strong stance so you don't fall if they do.

Pull your opponent toward you, so that you are touching their side with your back. The closeness will not be a problem with the control you will have.
If you can, pivot their hand directly above their shoulder. Make sure their hand is not above your sternum. Some people will go down when you do this. In any case, by keeping their wrist directly above their shoulder and locked at a 90 degree angle, they will not be able to escape regardless of strength or size difference.
